yesterday- went to hougang mall to study right after lessons. . . ooh and i saw ky!! she was heading for school just as i was leaving.. =D! heh did enough econs to feel a lil more prepared for exams . . far from ready though. . . hmm mugged with wy. quite alright la. . took lotsa lotsa notes. . heh. . . hmm then walked to her place to take bus. . . haha gosh funny walk. . REALLY. DAM FUNNY. -walks into pole ANYHOO. trainin today was good. REALLY. rowed a heck lot. . and pull ups wasnt that good la. but chun leng and JACKY (wen jingg's classmate?) haha they helped ALOT. REALLY. until my arms couldnt take it no more then coach said no need to finish. heh lil dissapointed la. but twas still pretty encouraging .. .really. . i'll stop going training this sat. . . need all the time i got to mug for exams. . .heh no more msn or bloggin. . heh last paper's on 27th Aug. haha -dad's gonna buy a bar bell! heh maybe only la. with friends like these. hmmm school was aight. theodore said somethin that convicted me of my faith. "most christians are hypocrites, they say they belive that God exists and He is everywhere. But do they truly? SUNDAY WAS HORRIBLY SPENT well there wah church, and projects at expo's hall 3.5 did till almost 11pm sia! seeriously crazy. like wad sia! if BSG is this bad. . what HTM like? whooa nelly! then cuz of dad's client.. . had 2 go for supper and reached home at 2! gawsh! OOH but was shopping alone in shop & save! haha pretty cool cuz dad gave me a $50! but i only spent $20+?? haha nothing to buy la. zzzz only milk and juice. how sad. pretty exciting tho!! haahah and wenling was pretty nice . . msg all da way when i was bored 2 death. haha thx =D anyhoo. missed 3 trainings. zzzzzzz john said trainin today was horrible and i feel sooo scared as he described it to me. .hha oh well. sunday trainings are.. . . um.. . hai church is a MUST and yet. DB trainin is . . . something i wanna go for. hai. there really shouldnt be a problem making the RIGHT choice here. i love rowing and something in me tells me my DB are soon gonna be over. well training was aight. 1 hour rowing. . .no prob cuz it was at night. but pretty scary when the sky got all super dark whoooo then medicine ball and pull ups -hanging there if u cant do. gawsh i ripped out my already red blisters lol pretty sick yeah. but heck it. pull ups was 4 sets of 12. crazy lar i'm no where near. haix  anyhoo. i'm contemplating if i should go for fri soccer and church. argh. bloody projects taking a lot outta me. weekend trainings are secondary now. yeah one of those "AWWWWWWWWWWWWW!" vids me hands trembled as you walked towards me. okok shall describe my wonderful day. aha -set alarm clock at 4.30 to wake up for training but accidentally set it at 4.30 am instead. . so john called me 30 mins b4 training and i cabbed down ( $12.40) omg lar. ok so i rushed there. . and turns out there was no training there. . just a Physical Test for the day. . and after wed's training. . we'll be training with SENIORS alr. . . danggit. ok RESULTS!! ...........................Previous Test............ TODAY. Pull Up ......................0..............................2 Sit-Up .......................36.............................40 Push Up.................... 38.............................49 2.4 run.................... 13.27 mins............ 12.13 mins HAHAHA omg FREAKING HAPPY (well for the pull up part only lar. . haha the run was CRAZY lemme describe it. well the run was haorrible cuz wasnt feelin well. . . . but on the last round. . . there was this guy DAM far away from me. . then i sprinting my heart out. . . killer sprint really. . i beat him by 1 sec., . . and i sprinted from around 60m away leh. . dam close. . the seniors all shout " SWEE!" haha super funny. . . ran so hard that i could feel my fingers SHAKING when i hit the finishing line la!
